For standard 2-hour bookings, we typically send one cleaner unless you request otherwise. For larger properties or commercial cleans, we’ll send a team appropriate for the job.
Your cleaner will arrive just before your scheduled start time. We allow a 30-minute window for any unexpected delays (like traffic), and our office will always notify you of any significant delays.
Our cleaners are happy to use your existing supplies. If you’d prefer us to bring everything needed, simply tick “Add supplies” when booking – our team will come fully prepared to make your home sparkle!
In 2 hours, our cleaners can ideally tackle general cleaning tasks including dusting, hoovering, mopping, cleaning kitchen surfaces and sinks, bathroom toilets and mirrors, and emptying bins. They can thoroughly clean 2-3 rooms or a small flat; the exact coverage depends on your home’s size and current state.
No is the simple answer. Our reliable cleaners can work while you’re out, so you can return to a spotless home. Just ensure they can access your property – whether that’s leaving a key with a neighbour, friend, or in a secure location. Simply include access instructions when you book.That said, some customers prefer to be present for peace of mind.
If a cleaner cancels, you’ll get a full refund with no questions asked (minus a small admin fee). We’ll also help reschedule your clean as soon as possible.
We want you to be 100% satisfied. Cleaners take before-and-after photos, and if you’re not happy, we’ll work with you to make it right, including sending another cleaner if needed.
We understand plans change! Just give us 48 hours’ notice and there are no cancellation fees. Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the full booking charge.
